Terms and Conditions

Booking – On completion and submission of the Booking Form, you are responsible for the total fees. A deposit of 50% of the total booking must be made to secure your booking. Deposits and prepayments are non refundable or transferable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bank Holidays we require full payment at time of booking . All group bookings larger than 4 pitches will be required to pay in full at time of booking. No refunds will be given to a party that does not turn up. We cannot move or refund a booking at the last minute due to the weather forecast.

Admission – The proprietor and Wardens are entitled to refuse admission when this appears necessary in the interest of park guests. All male and all female groups and unrelated mixed groups in excess of four persons are only accepted by prior arrangement. The proprietor reserves the right to cancel or terminate a booking where its guest has failed to disclose all material facts as required on the booking form. They may also require any persons not observing the park rules, or creating a nuisance, to leave the park and no refunds will be given.

Pitches – Pitches are available from 1.oopm. Please let us know if you are arriving after 8.00pm. Please vacate your pitch by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Any delayed or late departure may result in additional daily charges as booked. Breathable ground sheets only.

Dogs (maximum 2) – All dogs must always be kept under control on a short lead. There is a separate field for dog walking. Dogs must not be allowed to foul the park and adjoining farmland or become a nuisance. All dog’s mess must be cleaned up and disposed of immediately.

Noise – No noise is permitted between 10.30pm and 8.00am. TV’s and radios should be used considerately during the day. The use of car radios/CD’s etc. is not allowed.

Children – Children must be under the supervision of their parents or guardians at all times. Children under the age of six years must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the park and whilst using the toilet/shower block.

Games/Cycles etc. – We have a separate field for ball games. This is in the interests of safety.

Open Fires & Barbeques – Barbecues are allowed, provided they are of a type that does not allow hot ash/surfaces to touch the ground, situated away from combustible materials and are not a nuisance to other guests. Camp fires are permitted only if in a self- contained unit and off the ground, e.g. fire pit. Burning material is not to be scavenged from the camp site.

River Activities – Any swimming, playing etc in the river is at guest’s own risk. No responsibility or liability is accepted by the proprietor.

Waste Disposal – The use of the waste skip is limited to lightweight domestic refuse only. All other rubbish, e.g. packaging, metal, timber objects, masonry, polythene, groundsheets, old awnings, carpets, tables, chairs etc. should be taken home.

Loss or Damage – Any loss or damage to any of the parks facilities or equipment, which any occupier of the pitch is responsible for, must be paid in full before departure. The park and its facilities are used entirely at guest’s own risk. The proprietor will not be held liable in respect of any person or property. Caravans and/or cars being moved by the proprietor are at the owner’s risk

Closed Season – The park is closed between September/October(weather dependent)and 1 April or Easter, whichever is the sooner.

Drones – Strictly forbidden.
