HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Please book online here.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.

CAN WE HAVE CAMPFIRES?

We do allow campfires and these must be contained in a fire pit or similar container and off the ground to avoid burning the grass

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?

Pitches are available from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The reception is closed between 12:00 and 2:00pm, therefore we cannot accommodate earlier arrivals.

DO YOU HAVE HARD STANDING PITCHES?

Yes we have hardstanding pitches.

DO YOU HAVE ELECTRIC HOOK UPS?

Yes, we have 10 & 16 amp EHU’s

DO YOU HAVE A FAMILY ROOM?

Yes, we have a large family room with shower, toilet and baby changing area. The family room must be booked at reception upon arrival.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR WASTE?

All our waste is collected and recycled by Peak Waste. Zero to landfill.

WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO LEAVE BY?

12 Noon.

DO YOU ALLOW DAY VISITORS?

Yes, strictly by prior arrangement and there is a small charge.

DO YOU ACCEPT GROUPS?

Strictly by prior arrangement with the office.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A BOOKING IN ADVANCE?

Booking is always advisable to secure a pitch especially during the summer.

CAN I GET MOBILE PHONE RECEPTION?

Only EE and O2 get some coverage on the campsite.

DO YOU HAVE A MOTORHOME SERVICE POINT?

Yes we do. We also have a chemical deposit point located near facility.

CAN I GET TV COVERAGE?

There is limited TV coverage.

“We had a wonderful time staying at Bank House Farm recently for 4 nights. Despite some mixed weather and terrible rain we thoroughly enjoyed the walks along the Manifold Way, which was so close and easy to access from the site. Your facilities are excellent - immaculately clean, modern and warm shower and toilet blocks, especially when the weather was cold and damp, this was very welcome. A really nice touch was the radio being on, making the facilities even more homely. A great inside pot washing and laundry area, again with the radio and book/video collection. The hard standing pitches by the river give wonderful views of the river and countryside beyond. Finally, thank you for your hospitality and chats. We will definitely be back and we will highly recommend the site to everyone we know.”

“What an amazing place! My husband and I have just returned from a Friday to Tuesday trip in the caravan. Our pitch was so beautiful alongside the stream, although we missed a trick and should have had the van facing the stream to take in the view! The owners were very friendly, helpful and very welcoming! Toilets and showers were immaculate and the dog walking field was perfect for when you just need to give the pooch a little run and a quick wee. ”

This is an established site which we have been running as a family business since 2011. We have developed a reputation as a beautiful, friendly campsite and many campers come here again and agai.
