HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
Please book online here.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
CAN WE HAVE CAMPFIRES?
We do allow campfires and these must be contained in a fire pit or similar container and off the ground to avoid burning the grass
WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?
Pitches are available from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The reception is closed between 12:00 and 2:00pm, therefore we cannot accommodate earlier arrivals.
DO YOU HAVE HARD STANDING PITCHES?
Yes we have hardstanding pitches.
DO YOU HAVE ELECTRIC HOOK UPS?
Yes, we have 10 & 16 amp EHU’s
DO YOU HAVE A FAMILY ROOM?
Yes, we have a large family room with shower, toilet and baby changing area. The family room must be booked at reception upon arrival.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR WASTE?
All our waste is collected and recycled by Peak Waste. Zero to landfill.
WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO LEAVE BY?
DO YOU ALLOW DAY VISITORS?
Yes, strictly by prior arrangement and there is a small charge.
DO YOU ACCEPT GROUPS?
Strictly by prior arrangement with the office.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE A BOOKING IN ADVANCE?
Booking is always advisable to secure a pitch especially during the summer.
CAN I GET MOBILE PHONE RECEPTION?
Only EE and O2 get some coverage on the campsite.
DO YOU HAVE A MOTORHOME SERVICE POINT?
Yes we do. We also have a chemical deposit point located near facility.
CAN I GET TV COVERAGE?
There is limited TV coverage.
